WOW. Okay I didn't think I was going to be a total iPhone fanboy today but I am truly amazed at the ingenuity in the applications coming out now. One of them is called RjDj, from what I suspect is a Finnish programmer, based on his accent.
Basically the program has a base layer of sounds that change in pitch, frequency etc based on movement and sound, inputted through the mike in your earbuds. Different artists have laid tracks in that you can play. I'm going to play around with it some and come back with a full report.
It's totally trippy, dude.
